HPP Enterprises wants you to be pleased with your purchase and our service. We realize that there may be times you will need to return or exchange a product, or request a refund.
ALL RETURN AND EXCHANGE REQUESTS must be received within 30 days of the purchase date. Requests should be sent by visiting our site and clicking "Contact Us" or by contacting the Seller through the "Contact Seller" links in the marketplace.
To request a return or exchange, please contact HPP Enterprises for a Return Authorization. If we shipped an incorrect or defective item to you, we will exchange it or allow you to return for a full refund. We request the following information:
1: Order Number
2: Condition of Item (New/Sealed or Used/Open)
3: Purpose for Return
*Items classified as "defective" will be tested and non-defective items will be treated as used/open). See exclusions below.
If your return is not based on a defective or incorrect item, we can still accept your return with a return authorization. The Buyer will be responsible for return shipping and will receive a refund, less shipping charges and up to a 50% restocking fee. (Note: our restocking fee is typically 15% on opened items; however, the Marketplace Agreement allows up to a 50% restocking fee on some items. Examples include: obvious used products, camping gear, toys, stilts, damaged computers, tablets, motherboard or processors with bent pins, or other items with obvious wear and tear that are not in resellable condition). All original materials, packaging, boxes, manuals must be included.
Refunds are issued when product has been received, verified, and tested. With the exception of incorrect shipments, damaged items, or defective items, original shipping and return shipping charges are not refundable.
ANY PRODUCT RETURNED WITHOUT A RA# NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO SHIPPER.
Please note that due to copyright restrictions, we CANNOT accept returns of opened computer software or video games. All intimate apparel (under garments, lingerie, etc) is non-returnable for any reason. In addition, we do not accept opened motherboards that have "bent pins". ALL motherboards are factory sealed, brand new, and will ever, ever ship with bent pins. Any motherboard returned with "bent pins" or damage will be refused and resent to customer with no refund.
Return shipping charges and original shipping charges are the responsibility of the Buyer except in cases where we have sent an incorrect item or your item is defective. In addition, if your item was lost or was not delivered by the "Expected Delivery Date" provided by Amazon.Com, we will refund your shipping charges should you choose to return the item.
Based on the distributor or manufacturer's policy, HPP Enterprises reserves the right to have your return or replacement sent through the manufacturer directly.
